Welcome to our school!

Summit Academy is a free, public non-profit 501(c)(3) school for alternative learners with ADHD, Asperger's Syndrome, High-Functioning Autism and related disorders.

Our program is designed to fulfill the academic, social. emotional and physical needs of children with special needs. We are committed to providing an extraordinary, safe and nurturing learning environment where all children can reach their full potential.

School hours are 7:50 am - 2:45 pm.

Basketball News

Basketball season is here at Summit Academy in Middletown. We have two tournaments currently scheduled for Friday, December 9th, and Friday, March 2nd. Our team will be competing against the Dayton, Cincinnati, and Columbus Summit schools.

Practices will begin November 15th and are planned for Tuesdays and Thursdays after school (on days school is open) until 4:15 pm.

This season's basketball coaching staff are: Mr. John Aregood, Mr. Sean Carnes, Mr. Scott Melaragno, and Mr. Chris O'Connell.

PTST (Parents, Teachers, Students Together) News

Thank you to everyone who supported us by selling and/or buying wreaths for our wreath fundraiser.

Our next fundraiser will be a DINE TO DONATE event at Applebee's in Middletown. Details are provided below. Come have night out with family and friends and support our school at the same time!

Dine at Applebee's and 10% of your bill will be donated to Summit Academy Secondary School.
