A free, Non-Profit, Community School for alternative learners.
All Summit Academy Schools are tuition-free, non-profit community schools for alternative learners. They are specifically designed for students with AD/HD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and related disorders.
Summit Academy’s proven therapeutic academic program is designed to fulfill the academic, social, emotional, and physical requirements of students with special needs. The school is committed to providing an extraordinary, safe, and nurturing learning environment where students will reach their full potential.
This school is a non-profit school 501(c) (3).
Summit Academy Painesville serves students from Kindergarten through 8th grade. We offer small class sizes with no more than 13 students per class. Our teachers and instructional assistants are all highly qualified and
follow the curriculum established by the State of Ohio.
Congratulations to our Outstanding Educators and Students that were recently recognized at an awards ceremony on Thursday, May 1st, 2014. This event was sponsored by the Lake County Educational Service Center.
